Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This is an operational YUVAIRA-specific policy and is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review it before final commercial reliance, especially when operating across multiple jurisdictions or regulated sectors.
1. Scope
This policy explains how YUVAIRA handles company-user and candidate data when the interview and assessment platform is used. The employer inviting a candidate generally determines its own recruitment purposes, while YUVAIRA operates the technical platform under the applicable roles and agreements.
2. Data we process
This may include account/contact and company details, billing records, CV and job information, interview audio/video where enabled, transcripts and candidate answers, assessment reports, authentication attempts, support/security/audit records and consent-based visit analytics with an approximate country or city.
3. Why we process it
To operate accounts and interviews, create reports, administer subscriptions/support, prevent abuse, protect users, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations and respond to properly validated lawful requests when applicable.
4. Hiring decisions and AI
YUVAIRA supports screening and assessment; it is not the hiring decision-maker. HR teams should review reports and context and apply appropriate human judgment before making consequential decisions. Sensitive traits or appearance should not be used as an unlawful basis for hiring.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, database, AI and payment providers as necessary to deliver the service. Access is limited by need and technical permissions. We do not sell user conversations or candidate files to advertisers.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain data as needed for the service, accounting, security, dispute resolution and legal requirements. Eligible correction/deletion requests may be submitted, subject to records that must be retained for legal or documented security purposes.
7. Security
We use access controls, tenant isolation, database policies, private storage for sensitive documents, short-lived signed links and audit logs. No internet-connected service can promise absolute security, so controls are reviewed and improved continuously.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use technologies needed for authentication, security and interface preferences. Optional visit analytics run only after Accept is selected. They do not store raw IP or GPS; hosting-edge coordinates are rounded to an approximate city area. Choosing Essential only disables these analytics.
9. Individual rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing. Identity verification may be required. For candidate requests tied to a particular recruitment process, the inviting employer may be the appropriate primary contact.
10. International processing
Cloud services may require processing across regions. Where international-transfer requirements apply, an appropriate basis and safeguards should be used. Each employer remains responsible for using YUVAIRA consistently with the privacy and employment laws that apply to it.
11. Contact and updates
Privacy questions can be submitted through YUVAIRA support. We may update this policy as the product or requirements change; the updated date will change and material updates will receive appropriate notice.
