Organizations using YUVAIRA remain responsible for their own recruitment decisions and hiring practices.
YUVAIRA does not make the final hiring decision on behalf of the employer.
YUVAIRA may use artificial intelligence to support interviewing, analysis, organization of candidate information, evaluation workflows, and report generation.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, incomplete information, or interpretations that require human review.
Users should not rely solely on automated outputs when making employment decisions.
YUVAIRA does not guarantee that AI-generated results will be accurate, complete, unbiased, or appropriate for every hiring situation.
The organization using the platform remains responsible for reviewing relevant information and making the final decision.
Customers may upload, collect, or process candidate information through YUVAIRA.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis to collect and process candidate information.

You retain responsibility for content and information that you or your authorized users submit to YUVAIRA.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, malicious, infringing, or that you do not have authority to process.
We aim to keep YUVAIRA available and reliable, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
