Responsible AI & Human Oversight

YUVAIRA uses artificial intelligence to support hiring teams with structured interviews, candidate evaluation workflows, and recruitment insights while keeping important employment decisions under meaningful human review.

1. Purpose

YUVAIRA uses artificial intelligence to support hiring teams with structured interviews, candidate evaluation workflows, and recruitment insights.

This Policy explains the principles we follow when using AI within the platform and how we approach human oversight, transparency, fairness, and responsible decision-making.

2. AI as a Support Tool

YUVAIRA is designed to assist hiring professionals, not replace them.

AI-assisted outputs are intended to support decision-making, not make final employment decisions independently.

  • Conducting structured interviews
  • Asking relevant follow-up questions
  • Organizing candidate responses
  • Summarizing interview information
  • Supporting candidate evaluation
  • Generating structured reports
  • Helping hiring teams compare candidates more consistently

3. Human Oversight

Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the employer or authorized hiring team.

Organizations using YUVAIRA should review AI-assisted outputs together with relevant candidate information and their own professional judgment before making employment decisions.

YUVAIRA encourages meaningful human review, especially for decisions that may significantly affect a candidate.

4. Transparency

Where appropriate, candidates should be informed when they are participating in an AI-supported interview, assessment, or evaluation process.

YUVAIRA aims to make AI-assisted recruitment understandable and transparent for both employers and candidates.

We do not support using AI in ways that intentionally mislead candidates about the nature of the recruitment process.

5. Fair and Relevant Evaluation

AI-assisted recruitment should focus on information relevant to the role and hiring process.

YUVAIRA should not be used to intentionally discriminate against candidates on unlawful grounds.

  • Job criteria are legitimate and relevant
  • Evaluation requirements are appropriate
  • Candidate information is used lawfully
  • Hiring decisions comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
  • AI-assisted outputs are reviewed before significant decisions are made

6. Limitations of AI

Artificial intelligence is not perfect.

AI-generated outputs may sometimes contain errors, incomplete information, misinterpretations, uncertainty, or unexpected results.

For this reason, YUVAIRA does not recommend relying solely on AI-generated information for employment decisions. Users should apply appropriate human judgment and review relevant source information where necessary.

7. Candidate Context

Candidates may differ in communication style, language ability, cultural background, interview experience, technical environment, internet connection, accessibility needs, and other circumstances.

Hiring teams should consider relevant context when reviewing candidate performance.

AI-assisted outputs should not automatically be treated as a complete representation of a candidate's ability, potential, or suitability.

8. Multilingual AI

YUVAIRA may support interviews and hiring workflows in multiple languages.

Language-based AI systems may perform differently depending on language, accent, dialect, speaking style, translation context, and audio quality.

Where multilingual features are used, organizations should apply appropriate human review to important outputs.

9. Sensitive Information

YUVAIRA should not be intentionally used to make employment decisions based on protected or irrelevant personal characteristics where prohibited by law.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their recruitment workflows and evaluation criteria comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

10. Automated Outputs

AI-generated scores, summaries, recommendations, or reports should be interpreted as decision-support information.

They should not automatically determine whether a candidate is hired, rejected, promoted, excluded from consideration, or otherwise materially affected without appropriate human review where required.

11. Employer Responsibilities

Organizations using YUVAIRA remain responsible for their recruitment practices.

  • Defining appropriate job criteria
  • Reviewing AI-assisted information
  • Providing candidate notices where required
  • Obtaining consent where required
  • Complying with privacy and employment laws
  • Investigating potential errors where necessary
  • Ensuring meaningful human involvement in important decisions

12. Candidate Questions and Concerns

Candidates who have questions about how YUVAIRA was used in a specific hiring process should normally contact the organization that invited them to participate.

13. Continuous Improvement

YUVAIRA aims to continuously improve the responsible use of AI within the platform.

As AI technology and relevant regulations evolve, this Policy may also be updated.

  • AI quality
  • User transparency
  • Candidate experience
  • Human review workflows
  • Evaluation consistency
  • Documentation
  • Security and privacy safeguards

14. Prohibited Use

YUVAIRA must not be intentionally used to:

  • Conduct unlawful discrimination
  • Mislead candidates about the recruitment process
  • Make prohibited employment decisions
  • Abuse candidate information
  • Circumvent applicable employment protections
  • Use AI outputs in a manner that violates applicable law
  • We may restrict access where serious misuse of the platform is identified.

15. Our Commitment

YUVAIRA is committed to responsible AI-assisted hiring.

Our approach is based on a simple principle: AI can support hiring decisions, but people should remain responsible for important decisions about people.

We aim to build tools that help hiring teams work more efficiently while preserving transparency, accountability, and human judgment.
