Activation
Paid plans activate only after payment is successfully verified by the supported payment flow. Opening a checkout does not itself activate a paid plan.
Billing & Refund Policy
How YUVAIRA subscriptions, one-time packs, payment verification and refund requests are handled.
Billing cycles
Recurring plans may be offered monthly or annually. The selected cycle and price are shown before payment. One-time packs are separate from recurring subscriptions.
Refund requests
If a verified charge appears incorrect or the paid service was not delivered as described, contact saadoun@nuqabil.online with the workspace and payment details so the case can be reviewed.
Plan limits
Usage limits, included features and renewal or refresh dates are shown in the Billing area. Custom Enterprise terms may be governed by a separate written agreement.
